We use four basic phases:
- Analysis
- A complete analysis of your needs. This includes
requirements gathering and defining the scope of the project.
- Design
- The overall system can be designed once requirements are defined. This includes system flow, prototyping, screens and reports. This further defines that your requirements are successfully and accurately interpreted. Design specifications are prepared.
- Development
- This is sometimes referred to as the "Programming" phase. Software developers interpret the design and prepare programming "specs". The developers, or "coders" now write and test the actual code.
- Implementation
- After thorough testing, the programs are installed. Conversion from others systems is performed, if required. Your staff is trained in the new system.
